The
first step is to contact me for a FREE CONSULTATION to
determine how I can assist you in reaching or surpassing your
fund-raising goals!
To begin work on a project, Granted
by Everhart requires a contract
agreement be signed by
both parties. A deposit of 20% will be required to begin
work.
To meet funders’ requirements in submitting
proposals, I require
documentation specific to your
organization. A checklist of the specific
information
needed will be provided. Information review process will begin
upon receipt of 100% of requested information.
An
authorized representative of the client organization
(preferably the
individual who will be signing the grant
application) is expected to review drafts of all proposals
that Granted by Everhart, LLC prepares. This step provides
opportunities to clarify, enhance, and edit the proposal
before it is submitted for funding.
After the revision
process is completed, the proposal must be signed by the
client’s representative and delivered or mailed to the funding
source. Depending on each client’s resources, submission can
be completed by either the client’s staff or Granted by
Everhart, LLC.
To help you get started, I have provided
the following documents, which you can print off or
download:
Grant Readiness
Checklist (word doc)
This is not a test or score sheet.
It is a checklist for helping you consider all the important
factors when assessing your appeal to a foundation
donor.
Grant
Writing Information Assembly (word doc)
This exercise
is a self-assessment tool that will help you to prepare for
writing grant proposals. Before you sit down to write any
grant proposal, you should prepare by assembling various kinds
of information. Some of the information can be used in
multiple proposals, while some will be specific to a given
project.
