Rates can be on an hourly, project, or monthly basis.  A retainer fee is required to begin work.  In general, the following project rates apply for the projects listed below.  Every situation is different, however, and a specific estimate will be given for each project.

2009 Rates

    $500—Grant application critique and review

    $750—Custom funding search - single project

    $750—Letter of intent only

    $750—501(c)3 application preparation

    $500–1,500 plus travel expenses—workshop/seminar 


 Grantwriting and funding searches are quoted per project.

Nonprofits are asked to keep in mind that although not every  proposal may receive a grant award, a product is purchased, a project  is developed and a usable proposal is created from which other 
similar proposals can be submitted to targeted funders. Fees are not  refunded.
